Good

The staff was very helpful and kind!

A part of the property at the moment is under construction! I stayed from Thursday till Sunday. Every morning from around 9 o’clock they started the demolitions ( hammering, drilling) making sleep impossible from that time! So if you plan to sleep later in the morning than you should take this in consideration!

would definitely stay again if visiting Madrid.

nice spacious comfortable apartment in a great location and within easy reach of the centre of Madrid

could have done with some instructions for the electricals however this was not a problem as we were able to ask the friendly reception staff or work it out ourselves.

Great. Good value and v helpful staff

Decor and well equipped. Parking.

Bit cold. Was hard to get warm with one air con unit but we eventually did. Only two small cups. A couple if larger mugs would be good. A mirror in the bedroom either full length or above the tv. A small table to eat at would be good.

I always choose place not far from Avenida de America bus station as it is the cheapest way to go to airport and the location itself is quite nice. Hotel is good for one-two night stay. Guy on reception was nice. Room was clean. Can't say anything bad about this place ))

Very Good

We requested an earlier check-in, and our request was granted. The room has a small kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare dinner without any issues. The location is excellent, with convenient access to various parts of the city.

Visually, the room appeared very clean; however, we found hair from previous guests on the bathroom and room floors. In the bathroom, an electric towel warmer would be very useful. Also, the duvet could be covered instead of being placed on the bed with just a bedspread and a duvet cover on top.

The room was quite big and clean, kitchen well equiped. There were toiletries and more than enough towals. The room was generally confortable.

There were two singles beds join together and they moved apart while we were asleep making it a bit unconfortable. Hot water too ages to come out and hot water was difficult to regulate.

I would recommend this apart hotel for stays in Madrid. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will return.

The studio was large comfortable and great value for money. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Proximity to the Wizink centre. Very handy for attending concerts.

Decor was a bit dated but everything worked perfectly.

The fully renovated bathroom and kitchen.

Everything was fine. If anything, the distance to the city center, but it is a minor thing.

Perfect location, clean, great services.

The apartment was well kitted out, very clean and the decor was very nice. We only stayed one night but we slept comfortable and the location was perfect for restaurante, metro into the center etc.

The only thing that isn't necessarily a dislike, more of an observation is that they are currently doing building work on other apartments, but there was not a lot of noise and did not put us off staying. I imagine that when the work is done it will be a lovely place to stay. We will be returning again soon.

We stayed just one night but enjoyed our stay, and would chose this hotel again.

It was modern, clean, had everything we needed, and was close to the Metro (Diego de Leon). The location was good we found plenty of places to eat and even a couple of churrerías close by.
